On peut la trouver en 3 \u00e9tats :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solide (comme la glace ou la neige)<\/li>\n<li>Liquide (comme l&rsquo;eau)<\/li>\n<li>Gazeux (comme la vapeur)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons observ\u00e9 ces 3 \u00e9tats avec l&rsquo;application <em>\u00c9tat de la mati\u00e8re<\/em> sur l&rsquo;iPad (<a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/fr\/app\/%C3%A9tats-de-la-mati%C3%A8re-tinybop\/id1451999149\">Tinybop<\/a>). Nous avons constat\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>que l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide avait une forme propre (comme le gla\u00e7on) ;<\/li>\n<li>que l&rsquo;\u00e9tat liquide prenait la forme du r\u00e9cipient o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait (la th\u00e9i\u00e8re) ;<\/li>\n<li>et que l&rsquo;\u00e9tat gazeux n&rsquo;avait pas de forme (la vapeur occupe l&rsquo;espace disponible).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette application, nous avons aussi observ\u00e9 que la <strong>chaleur<\/strong> joue un r\u00f4le sur la mati\u00e8re. Elle agite ses composants ! Lorsqu&rsquo;il fait tr\u00e8s froid, il y a tr\u00e8s peu d&rsquo;agitation. Lorsqu&rsquo;on chauffe la mati\u00e8re, l&rsquo;agitation augmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9line nous a expliqu\u00e9 que la mati\u00e8re est compos\u00e9e d&rsquo;<strong>atomes<\/strong>. Un atome est en quelque sorte \u00ab\u00a0une brique\u00a0\u00bb qui constitue la mati\u00e8re (<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.vikidia.org\/wiki\/Atome\">Vikidia<\/a>).
